Arbeit aus Newtons Mußestunden, demonstriert den Aussagewert astronomischer Detailüberlieferung für die Datierung weit zurückliegender geschichtlicher Ereignisse. "These views have since that time been proved, by the Babylonian and Egyptian records, to be on the whole correct" (Babson, nach Glazebrook). - Stockfleckig; Titel mit hinterlegtem kleinen Ausschnitt ohne Textverlust.
