Jeanniot. 10 nn. Bll. (4 w.), IX num. Bll., 167 S., 7 Bll. (4 w.). Maroquinband auf 4 Bünden (sign. René Kieffer) mit intarsierten farb. Blattornamenten auf beiden Deckeln u. Rücken, goldgepr. Deckelfileten, breiter Innenkantenvergoldung, Seidenbrokat auf Spiegel u. freiem Vorsatz, marmorierten Vorsätzen u. Goldschnitt, OU. eingebunden, in Pp.-Schuber mit Lederkanten, dieser berieben, vord. Spiegel mit schwachem Feuchtfleck.

Mit einer zusätzlichen Handzeichnung von Jeanniot getrüffeltes Exemplar in vorzüglichem französischem Meistereinband von R. Kieffer.
One of 100 numbered copies, signed by the illustrator. With 54 etchings in the text and on plates, added by an unique signed original drawing of Jeanniot. Bound in elaborate binding signed by R. Kieffer: olive morocco gilt, tooled with brown morocco leaf-inlays, gilt turn-ins and upper edge, silk linings, slipcase with calf edges, slipcase rubbed, single dampmark to front lining.
