Neate W01. - Erste Ausgabe. - Durchgehend leicht gebräunt, teilweise stockfleckig, Exlibris Stig Wilton auf dem Vorsatz.
First edition. Waddell was a medical officer in the Indian government; also a professor of pathology at Calcutta. His interest in Buddhism lead him to Nepal and its religious sites. - Slight browning throughout, foxing in parts, bookplate Stig Wilton to endpaper. Bound in original pictorial cloth, somewhat rubbed.
