Half-title of vol. 1 with mss dedication by Clot-Bey to the famous medic and surgeon "Professeur (Claude-François) Lallemand" (1790-1853), some words on p. 39, vol. 1 crossed out presumably by Clot-Bey, additional corrections by pencil on few other pages. Bound in contemp. half-morocco, spines gilt; minor rubbing.
