Phillips-Le Gear 8387 (mit Liste). - Seltener, anonym publizierter Hafenatlas, der neben den bekannten französischen Hafenstädten auch Pläne z.B. von Antwerpen, Dünkirchen und Gibraltar enthält. Die hs. Fortsetzung des Titels mit der Zuschreibung an Lapeyre verweist vermutlich auf Augustin La Peyre, ingénieur des Ponts-et-Chaussées au Havre, von dem die Bibliothèque municipale du Havre einen entsprechenden Manuskriptatlas besitzt (Ms 544). - Ränder vereinzelt gering fleckig.

Rare, anonymously published atlas. Watercolour title with mounted engraved vignette with engr. title, 35 engr. plates with 42 plans of mostly French ports in fine contemporary colouring, and ms. index. The handwritten continuation of the engr. title with the attribution to Lapeyre probably refers to Augustin La Peyre, of whom the library of Le Havre possesses a corresponding manuscript atlas - Occasional slight marginal spotting. Contemporary mottled calf gilt, edges gilt, somewhat rubbed and worn.
