Seltene Satire-Zeitschrift, Text auf Türkisch (arabische Buchstaben) und Französisch. Wenige Nummern mit Titelseiten in Farbe. - Leicht gebräunt, stellenw. fleckig. Einzelne Lagen etwas gelockert, Bd. 1 wenige Bll. leicht angeschnitten u. letzte Bll. etwas geknittert. Ohne das seltene Poster, das als Beilage zum Magazin erschien. Nicht kollationiert. oRR.

Complete set of this rare Ottoman cartoon magazin reflecting on the changes in society after the Second Constitutional Revolution in the New Ottoman State. Text in Turkish (with Arabic letters) and French. With numerous mostly black and white illustrations. - Light browning, some soiling in places, some leaves somewhat loosened. A few leaves from earliest issues slightly shaved. Bound in contemporary morocco-backed blind-stamped cloth, rather rubbed and worn, tears (1 longer) to 2 joints, hinges of vol. 2 cracked. Without the poster published as a supplement to the magazine. Sold Waf.
