Complete atlas of the zoological section of the account of the voyage of the Astrolabe and Zélée. With 140 col. engr. plates depicting mammalia, birds, reptiles,, insects, crabs and shells etc. - Some plates evenly browned, occasional marginal foxing, small waterstain in the top margin in places, some of the browned plates with browned traces of the preceding or following illustration, collector's stamp to bottom margin of title and 1 plate. Bound in contemp. dark green half-morocco, spine gilt; minor rubbing and bumping.
