Eines der bedeutendsten Fechtbücher des 16. Jahrhunderts. - Etwas gebräunt, im oberen Rand knapp beschnitten, stellenw. etwas wasserrandig oder fleckig, T2-4 mit kl. Wurmspur im Außensteg, Bl. 8 der ersten Lage mit ganzs. Holzschnitt ohne Rückentext lose, fleckig u. im Rand hinterlegt, wohl aus anderem Exemplar ergänzt. Fehlt Titel (als loses Faksimile u. als schematische Rekonstruktion von alter Hand hinzugefügt).
Third edition of one of the most important 16th century works on fencing. - Some browning, upper edge trimmed, marginal waterstaining, foxing and brownstaining in places, minor wormtrail to margin of quire T2-4, leaf 8 of first quire added from another copy, loose, stained, margin backed. Lacking title-page (added as facsimile, and as schematic reconstruction by an old hand).
