Rare map published in Lescarbot's important work "Histoire de la Nouvelle France"; second and last state with "erasures made to the plate" (Kershaw). "This map is the first of Port Royal, which is now Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia" (Burden). - Uncol. Some overall browning; with the usual old folds.
Burden 158.2; Kershaw 59 (jeweils "second state 1618"). - Sehr seltene und wichtige Karte aus: "Histoire de la Nouvelle France". Vorliegend im 2. und letzten Zustand. - Etwas gebräunt; mit den üblichen alten Faltstellen.
