First edition. With engr. folding map and 34 (mostly) folding tables. - Faint browning throughout and faint foxing in places, fine copy. Contemporary full-calf with gilt label to spine, spine gilt; slightly rubbed and bumped, front cover somewhat faded, front hinge with two tiny wormholes.
