This map is based on his brother's Jodocus one of 1619 with the 4 decorative panels, not as Sweet is assuming the other one of 1623 (cf. Sch/St. Map 23). The name was changed and the date added, and as third issue for the atlas editions it was published with the borders cut off. Our copy from the 1633 French edition. - Original col. in outline. Light browning and some spotting in places. Small crease mark at top just affecting image.
